Scrum A Class, Scrum A Book

Scrum patterns can be applied to group and individual learning, to enhance and accelerate the benefits of reading a book, taking a class (in-person, on-line, instructor-led, or self-led).  In fact, the only parameter/guideline (constraint) of Scrum that it may behoove an individual learner to loosen would be minimum size of the Scrum Team.  Watching the following video (which is provided in the Japanese language only, as of this writing)  will reveal some of the reasons why I recommend applying Scrum to serious, professional learning:
